Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Tree of Savior Classic game server (Yufa), this website, the account area, the game database, the skill planner, the rankings, and the TP store (together, the “services”).

Tree of Savior Classic is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by IMC Games Co., Ltd. The identity and direct contact details of the operator are still pending and will be published on the Legal Notice page.

You can register with an email address and password, or sign in through Discord or Google. Either way you get one master account, which can be linked to game accounts on the server. By registering you accept these terms.

Registration is open to people aged 16 or older. If you are a minor where you live, you need a guardian’s consent.

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account. There is no entitlement to registration or to the continued existence of an account.

The server is run by volunteers in their spare time. We keep it up as well as we can, but there is no guarantee of permanent or uninterrupted availability, and we may change, restrict, or discontinue parts of the services at any time. Game balance in particular changes on purpose; that is the point of the project.

The services may only be used in line with applicable law, these terms, and any community rules we publish.

The short version: don’t cheat, don’t be cruel.

• Hacks, bots, macros, exploits, and any tampering with the client or its network traffic are prohibited. If you find an exploit, report it instead of using it.
• Account sharing, multi-accounting to gain an advantage, and the sale or transfer of accounts are prohibited.
• Buying or selling in-game items, silver, or services for real money outside systems the server itself provides is prohibited.
• Don’t publish unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content, and don’t harass other players.

Violations can lead to warnings, suspensions, or account deletion, depending on how bad it is.

TP is a paid virtual credit for the in-game shop, delivered as a box to your in-game mailbox. The shop sells cosmetics and convenience only; nothing in it sells power. Payments are handled by MercadoPago, by PIX (BRL) or card (USD).

No cash value

TP is not money. It cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires a remedy.

One-time purchases

Every purchase is a single transaction. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Corrections

Duplicate, fraudulent, reversed, or technically broken grants may be corrected after review. Creating or using accounts to manipulate balances, purchases, or promotions is prohibited.

TP is delivered immediately after payment, and purchases are final. Once the box reaches your mailbox, the purchase cannot be reversed or exchanged for money.

That said, mistakes on our side are on us. If a purchase was never delivered, was delivered twice, or was charged in error, contact us and we will correct it. Whatever consumer rights the law gives you where you live remain unaffected by anything in these terms.

As a privately operated server, we decide who plays here. We may moderate or remove content, restrict access to the services, and suspend or delete accounts at our discretion, without an entitlement to prior warning or justification. We try to be fair about it; that is a practice, not a promise.

The services are provided as-is. We give no guarantee for their availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the services, except where the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

You are responsible for claims third parties raise against us because of your use of the services.

You can stop playing whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms or for operational reasons, including the possibility that the project one day shuts down.

We may change these terms with effect for the future, and will announce meaningful changes on the website or in the community Discord before they take effect. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, that counts as acceptance.

If any clause of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest remains in effect.
